Onwards we go...the first play for the evening (Mariella Rossi, Where are you?) was written by Helen Brett. This well written piece was performed admirably by Luciano Vecchio. My only negative is that I felt the story and interesting goings on in the Rossi family deserved a longer life than the 30 minutes given.
Sane Productions / Johnny Grim
The Package written by Suzanne Rofe and directed by Adam Mitchell was a slick end to the first half. The characters were entertaining, as was the storyline. More thought (than the others) had been put into the direction of the piece and flow and pace.
Australian Stage / Anna Locke
Review: Ultimately, though, it is the quality of the acting that is most impressive.
The entire cast put in a strong, well-timed and confident performance but for me, Luciano Vecchio,
as the hilariously harried fruit-and-veg man, Otto, was the highlight.
